How do I make a booking through dashhotels.com?

http://www.dashhotels.com you can search for any hotel that suits your particular needs. Bookings are completed in three easy-to-use steps.
Step 1: you set your county, dates and number of people. You then see a list of hotels/rooms/packages, which match your search criteria and can view details and prices.
Step 2: select the room type, confirm your selection and agree to conditions
Step 3: you proceed to enter your credit card details on a secure link.
Once completed, the final page shows your booking reference, which you should note and retain. You should print this final page as a record of your booking. You will also receive an email confirming the transaction and again listing your booking details.

Yes, you can contact a member of our customer service team. If it is outside business hours please leave your name and number and we will do our best to respond to you within 1 working day, positively and promptly.

Is there a limit on the number of rooms I can book?
There is a general limit of 5 rooms that you can book simultaneously online. However, if you require additional rooms you can fill in our Group Enquiry form online or you can contact a member of our customer service team who will be happy to facilitate you in any way possible.

What does it cost to book online?
dashhotels.com works directly with the hotels to ensure that you get the best rates available with no mark up. There is no booking fee the only charge that will be made to your credit/debit card at the time of booking is the deposit, this will be clearly indicated to you. The booking deposit is used to secure the reservation with your chosen hotel.

How do I change a reservation?
If you need to change your reservation you should contact a member of our customer services team, quoting your reference number. If you require additional rooms or would like to extend your stay you can once again book online through dashhotels.com

If you need to cancel your reservation you should contact a member of our customer services team, quoting your reference number. If it is outside business hours on the day of arrival please contact the hotel directly.

Am I charged if I cancel a reservation?
Your deposit will not be refundable in the event of a cancellation. Cancellation costs in addition to your deposit may be payable depending on the hotel policy.

Am I charged if I don’t turn up?
In the event of a no-show, hotels will charge the first night cost for every room booked, this will be deducted from the credit card given to secure the reservation. Your deposit will not be refundable in the event of a no-show.

Why do I need to give my credit card details?
Where a deposit is required in order to complete your booking, dashhotels.com requires your credit card details in order to debit your card with the indicated deposit amount and also to secure your reservation with the hotel. This is a standard requirement and guarantees to the hotel that in the event of you not turning up or not cancelling on time, they may redeem part or all of the cost of your booking subject to the hotel's policy.

If I don’t have a credit card can I still book?
If the booking is far enough in the future then a cheque, postal order or bank transfer can be used. Please contact a member of customer service team for details.

I didn’t get confirmation email?
If you have seen your booking confirmation page on screen, with the booking reference quoted, then your booking is certainly confirmed. If you do not get a confirmation email, then more than likely you have entered your email address incorrectly during the booking process and your email has gone astray. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact a member of our customer service team quoting your reference number or providing sufficient details of your booking so that we can confirm again for you.
